How to create print files?
Print File is the image file we use to print on T-shirts. It should be in A3 size (4961*3508px) and transparent background. You can use the following software or services to create a print file:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Affinity Designer
- Affinity Photo
- Affinity Publisher
- Inkscape (FREE)
- GIMP (FREE)
- Canva (FREE)
- VistaCreate (FREE)
And more…
Please name the Print File in the following format:
Store ID + Sequence Number + T-shirt Colour* (Optional. B for Black; W for White)
Example: YOURSTORENAME0001 or YOURSTORENAME0001-B
*If you have different print files for different garment colours.
How to get your Store ID?
The Store ID is in your store URL.
Example: https://shirojiro.com/store/yourstorename/
Print File is the image file we use to print on Graphic Mugs. It should be in 220mm Width × 90mm Height (2599*1063px) and transparent background. You can use the following software or services to create a print file:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Affinity Designer
- Affinity Photo
- Affinity Publisher
- Inkscape (FREE)
- GIMP (FREE)
- Canva (FREE)
- VistaCreate (FREE)
And more…
Please name the Print File in the following format:
Store ID + Sequence Number
Example: YOURSTORENAME0001
How to get your Store ID?
The Store ID is in your store URL.
Example: https://shirojiro.com/store/yourstorename/
How to submit print files?
Go to Vendor Dashboard > Products > Add New

Enter the Product Title, Product Description and Tags.

Upload the print file(s).

Select the relevant category for the product.

Click Submit for Review.
We will create the mockups and publish the product within 5 working days.
